You can hang onto that shit, OP
>>
Sounds like a rip of an original CD. OP, where the hell did you get this?

OP finally came clean and posted the original music sans added "bit rot" sound effects
>>
>>129183448
there's still audible bit rot, less than the original rip though.

Bit rot is a real thing, zoomer. I know, the concept of physical media degrading is foreign to you because your spotify playlist doesn't rots.

its an overhyped meme. this hasn't happened to any of my discs in my because i take care of them. that includes every single burned CD i made over 20 years ago and all the diy burnt CD-R albums i bought from local no name bands. take care of your things and they will last

Download a CD rip of an 80s CD off rutracker and show us the bit rot in spectrograms

1980s CDs don't bit rot unless you store them in a damp basement, I know you're a zoomer because you weren't alive before 2010 to experience the difference between cheap, disposable 2000s CD-Rs and professionally pressed commercial music CDs from the 80s-90s that had much higher quality standards.

i've been into buying CDs for over 25 years and have almost exclusively bought used CDs for the previous 15. i have a collection of CD-Rs that either i burnt or i purchased at local shows from no name local bands. in my experience disc rot is not a serious problem, most CDs are destroyed via scratches than disc rot

Show us a spectrogram of a CD-R from a known lossless source with bit rot. It's a daydream conjured up for the world's gayest band's ARG
