They have this loud chaotic sound and the album cover is just a bland drawing of a naked girl, I wish they would've added some color or something, great album and band either way.

Cover was drawn by Naoki Yamamoto, very prominent sad erotica mangaka, Mariko is a big fan. He drew 6 or 7 artworks for her, most recently 6 years ago.

Speaking of selling out, there was also 2014, but that was more of a "i need to get music out and i burned every bridge with Sony". Plus, she was probably at her lowest point in terms of mental health at the time. Still, not letting her do the arrangements was a very dumb move by King Records, almost as dumb as that makeup and album rollout.

The only thing i miss from midori days is the drumming. Well, i miss her having a backing band in general, but aside from 3-4 shows a year it's impossible to maintain now. But that one free jazz show where she had a sax player was sick.
