Post albums that need a remix. Make sure to say how badly they need it.

To be fair/blunt, you could say that almost any of Manowar's classic albums need a remix.I wonder if one could make the joke that the quality of a manowar album is inversely related to the quality of the mix.

If they remastered it to sound more like Prime Evil, it'd go hard as fuck. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NbteXHMXpL8https://youtu.be/p78OKN0HxH8?t=44
Raw Power by the stooges is legendary for it's absolute fucking lack of any power at all.
>>129259626I just didn't feel like putting my comments on manowar in the OP, so I put it in the post after.>>129259672>Raw Power by the stooges is legendary for it's absolute fucking lack of any power at all. This is true and there were issues with instruments not being audible on some songs. BUT It got at least 2 remixes though? There's 2 versions of the iggy mix.
Not as bad as mix as some other albums out there, but i feel like the mix on this album could be a bit better.A few of the songs were remixed on a compilation album and i think they sounded a bit better on there: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/40_Seasons:_The_Best_of_Skid_Row
>>129260866Based Subhuman Race enjoyer. That record filters a lot of people. I have the Greatest Hits record for that reason, and the Forever song is pretty good. Sounds a lot more like a leftover from the first record but still a pretty cool song. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2Wu0K9p1uks
>>129261413>Based Subhuman Race enjoyer. That record filters a lot of people. I have the Greatest Hits record for that reason, Strangely enough, I might have finished listening to that album before their previous 2.Aside from the mixing, I think the stylistic changes from the previous album(s) are part of the reason it wasn't as popular. Some of the songs don't have as many hummable hooks. I think i've heard it said that it had more of a groove metal and hardcore punk influence than the previous two. >and the Forever song is pretty good. Sounds a lot more like a leftover from the first record but still a pretty cool song. For some reason, I think some of the ballads on that album (or subhuman race) vaguely remind me of Shine by Mr. Big: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rsa5gUkdlBoI also like the other bonus track on that compilation album, though it's not as strong: https://music.youtube.com/watch?v=TYs7EVDnV_k

>>129259460Another Manowar album that could probably do with a remix:https://music.youtube.com/watch?v=gqSunj4Ck6cFor some reason the title song on the album has better mastering and/or mixing (at least on the official youtube upload) than the others:https://music.youtube.com/watch?v=fnMFZELu7o8I haven't listened to it elsewhere, but some people on /mu/ said that isn't the case on some physical editions.
i wonder why they re-recorded this one instead of remixing it.
up
the KFD album is supposed to be fuzzy and noisy, but the synths are kinda burried in the mix on a few songs.
