Pick your favorite album of every decade, including this one so far. Insult/validate others before you post.

The New Sound is fascinating to me, it feels very one-sided or atleast those are the only tracks I enjoy apart from that (arguably better) cover of the Frank Sinatra song. Great shout on Talk Talk too

Lots of Beefheart fans here I take it lol

based. too much time is possibly his most underrated song
>>

It was a game changer for me, I had always been not really a fan of blues I thought considering what the actual music was it was pretty unimpressive but hearing Beefheart take it apart and reassemble it on this album opened my eyes. And true, I'd say Circumstances doesn't get its deserved flowers either it's one of his best jams

Which of these would you recommend to the uninitiated who wants to get into Spanish music?
>>
Sorry, but your objectively all wrong. And the fact that Loveless isn't your automatic pick for the 90's is hilarious.

>Which of these would you recommend to the uninitiated who wants to get into Spanish music?
Jazz Flamenco if you're into jazz, Tauromagia if you're into solo guitar, and Omega if you're into rock. Although I'd probably recommend others to begin with, but those three are masterpieces so you'll love at least one of them.

Kinda sad to close yourself off to entire decades. I agree it's very hard to beat the 60s however.
+Spacemen 3, Barrett PF

>>129287221
Still have a softspot for that GD album, peak teencore.

>>129286995
All real good, except the 20s one, never listened so no opinion.

>>129286126
All very nice, never listened to you're 20s one either though. Supersize Me are very underrated.
>>
>>129287279
Indeed we do, but you've never even bothered with the post-Spacemen 3 psychedelic underground? The 90s and 00s were some of the most fruitful times for that sort of music. Check out Works III by Ramleh or any of the Vibracathedral albums from the year 2000 or Acid Mothers Temple or something

>>129287663
Its a good album but far from being a top all-time favourite. This decade has just been pretty shite for the music I like so far. Still its a very solid Skullflower relase. It was between that and the most recent Vibracathedral tape

well, theres lots of music out there. whatever kind of music you like, if you keep digging, you can spend a lifetime.

American Idiot is weighed down by its popularity. At its core i beleive its a very good anti punk album, with themes of disenchantment. It starts strong and proud and is worn down by the real world
