It’s clearly Spanish, but yes, all the Latin derivatives are somewhat similar and you can understand a few words here and there from many languages. When it comes to Portuguese and Spanish, the similarities are stronger and you can even have a conversation with someone and get most of it.

A lot of the packaging in the Iberian Peninsula has both Portuguese and Spanish on it. You start to learn certain words because of this.
