Anyone posting here for the past few months needs no introduction to Maggie Rogers as I've made quite a pest of myself in wpop and even created several generals. What has been needed and sadly been denied is a concrete discussion about her career. For me, the biggest problem with Maggie is that she came a decade too late. Had she dropped something like Surrender or Heard It in a Past Life in 2013, she could've been a much bigger name. By the time she released Don't Forget Me, it was too little too late, and even then, the two killer cuts were marred by tons of forgettable filler with an unforgettable dud.My own feelings notwithstanding, how do you feel about Maggie Rogers as an artist? It is duller, and about as slow, as Lana del Rey's music, many sound similar, its a good listen to put on while reading something, sightseeing, or doing chores, calming enough to put on a yt reel about nature, and orphans/hospitals or sth, but a bore to sit through.
