What does /mu/ use to listen to music? I use this bad boy.(feel free to move this to /g/ if it's more appropriate there.)
I don't use a dedicated mp3 player, all my old PMPs and iPods are buried deep in boxes in my closet and haven't seen the light of day in years, I remember having a Sansa Clip that I installed Rockbox on which is pretty neat. All my musical enjoyment nowadays is streaming just because I'm too lazy to hunt down mp3s and I like exploring the slop that algorithms feed me. I have a launch revision homebrew'd Switch laying around though if I ever wanted to turn something into a dedicated media device

I mostly use my phone these days. I still download everything, but it's just more convenient to have it on my phone instead of carrying my old ipod classic around anymore. Plus, I kinda don't wanna break that since they're expensive now.

I got my mom one of these for Christmas. It's a funky lil thing. Personally I just use my phone 100% of the time, but yeah there ya go. Cheap chink mp3 players are more affordable than ever.

I recently repaired my old ipod Touch 2g. But i dont want to connect it to itunes incase my old Shit gets wiped.
i used to have an ipod classic but i eventually gave it up for whatever reasonif i got a new one i'd prob try rockbox like ppl tend to suggest
i use this sony wm1a almost every day (with some softears volume s iems). sounds great and i enjoy that it's not android

Before YouTube Music there was Google Music and you could just pirate everything you wanted and then upload it to their cloud or whatever and stream whatever you wanted for free. Good times. I think there's a workaround where you can still do that though.
