for those unfamiliar, toytown pop is a british style of psychedelia that is childlike and fantastical, often focusing on whimsical subject matter

Though often quite twee, most of the most important bands of the era had at least one track like this. examples
beatles- penny lane
the kinks -phenomenal cat
pink floyd -the gnome
even david bowies first album is arguably toytown
