It's art-pop. 360 is the most accessible song on the album, which makes sense. You gotta have one single at least. Most of her music is absolute dog shit, but brat is a solid album. It's not groundbreaking or anything. I give it a 6 out of 10.

It's pop music as absurdist performance art, a depiction of a modern-day 'Floating World'. Thin concept, but it's not pretending to be anything different and is ultimately, intellectually and emotionally honest, so I can go easy on her.
