The smoothest thing a white man has ever made. Great 808 beat, warm synths playing a simple line, great bridge complete with a water analogy, ends by going up an octave.

But my real answer would probably be something produced by Phil Spector, like be my baby or unchained Melody. Basically the perfect pop song was written in sometime in the 60s and it's just been downhill from there.
