I would have expected the rating on RYM to be way lower for this album. 3.61 is not bad. And considering Lamb of God haven't been good for decades its actually pretty impressive.

rym has the most people by far voting on the score compared to other aggregates so it's difficult to get a universal high scoring. It's not a genre circlejerk website either so you get a lot of people that just don't like x genre rating albums from that genre cause they saw it on a chart or something. Also proportionally that's a pretty good score (it'd be a 7.2 on a 10 point scale)
