As the Czech open-air festival Brutal Assault announces, the British gothic rock legends The Sisters Of Mercy have cancelled their appearance at this year’s edition. According to the festival, the cancellation is due to the band around frontman Andrew Eldritch “moving up the recording schedule for their new album”:
