Crime of the Century to Breakfast in America is an incredible 4-album run
only Led Zeppelin and Steely Dan have done better, i think

Breakfast In America is one of the greatest albums from the 70s, but I've never connected with anything else by them sadly.

I don't even understand how that's possible.
Try Crime of the Century.

I already tried it a few times and I thought it was good but a bit uneven. Breakfast In America is just banger after banger, it's up there with Clube Da Esquina and Aja as one of the few perfect from front to back 70s records.

This is the best post-roger Supertramp album. I would even go as so far to say Mark Hart is just as good of a songwriter as Hodgson. Too bad this line up couldn't continue.
