You may as well just put on electric sheep and listen to a sine wave if you wanna max out that thread. Psytrance is trope after trope, a lot of jambands are just climax after climax, it's predictable and the effect of having a psychedelic experience to it runs it's course quick. There's of course some great stuff in both of those genres but it's few and far between, and the scenes themselves benefit so much from just having an audience that will take acid and dance to whatever the fuckThere's good shit everywhere if you can sort it out, but I've had way better psychedelic experiences listening to something like dead cities red seas or sung tongs than I have most stuff in the hippy world, and I say that as somebody who's seen almost 100 phish shows and been to countless random hippy fests lmao. Not hating on your album, I've had a blast to psytrance, just my take
