It's still my favorite album released within the last year. Long Island City Here I Come is still on my rotation. I think overall 3D Country might be the better album but I definitely look forward to whatever shit they release next

trinidad, getting killed, islands of men, taxes, maybe cocaine, and the closer are probably the only really good songs and only parts of them are really exceptional too. His vocals overall are really aimless on this one, and compared to 3D country the element of rock guitar is dialed down hard. When 2122 kicked off 3D country the singer felt in conrol, powerful, badass, like a true rock frontman and the bluesy guitar reflected that, that one I felt compelled to send t to my dad but only trinidad came close to that on this one. Singer sounds like a different guy on this one

Word of mouth on the album felt about as authentic as a new season of Squid Games. I might love the album, but I'll never know, because I'll never listen to it.
