it basically went away or I ignore it now. Occasionally my ear will just randomly sperg out for a moment and it disorients me. But I don’t really hear the high pitch

it comes on sometimes for a couple of seconds and then it goes away again. doesn't really bother me
>>129858074ehhh it's manageable, had it for a decade now, saw Mogwai last month and was a stupid fucking idiot who thought they would only play their quieter songs so I wasn't wearing earplugs and got blasted with Herod, Satan and My Father My King, my ears are already fairly fucked but they were ever so slightly more fucked for about a week after that.I don't really give a shit about my tinnitus anymore, it's just one of a hoard of various day to day minute to minute second to second annoyances
I'm lucky as hell my hearing is still good at 50 after getting these at 21.I did often wear earplugs when blasting them, and 1100W into a sealed box will jiggle the eyeballs but isn't painfully loud.
