Good but I'm tired of hearing it
>>129859007Hate it, the sound of 1970s jazz fusion.
>>129859200I was thinking in prog from 70s but yes.It is undoubtedly the instrument most anchored to a particular period ever. It automatically makes a song outdated.
I like the timbre, it's very pleasant but it's limited by the lack of dynamics. The Wurlitzer on the other hand has better dynamics but worst timbre.
>>129859007Obsoleted by the DX7.
yeah mate it sounds good idk what else to say
>>129859007Stevie WonderSteely DanNo bad music was made on it
>>129860570For the most part yes. The real one has better bass but the DX7 is good enough.
>>129859007This and the hammond organ were way over done.
>>129860570The Rhodes is timeless, DX7 is "80's" in almost every configuration.I love both, but if I could only have one it would be the rhodes and it's not even close.
>>129860581I think Donald Fagen played Wurlitzer, but close enough.
