Can you get away with knowingly having 1 or 2 (out of ~9) songs on your album being subpar simply because you didn't really know what to do to make them into good songs as well? Will that be tantamount to having 'filler'?
Just release a shorter albumOr an EP if youre not skilled enough to write 28 minutes of good tunes
