Prince didn't really predict shit and everyone already had a feeling something like this would happen. There were already a couple of high profile plane hijackings by Islamic extremists earlier in the decade. Part of the reason the Patriot Act was even signed was because there was a huge backlash against the government failing to foresee 9/11 and act on it in time
