Militarie Gun. Loved the first demo and some stuff from the first record, but then the lead singer dude started really going for it in a desperate and frankly embarrassing way. Like the dude can't fucking sing, he can yell in tune in a micro range, but he's convinced he's on some 'artist' tip and does acoustic renditions for what are basically pop punk songs. Like the dude is stoked to have a interview with Zane Lowe and constantly talks about their haters and detractors. For a frame of reference Drug Church is like the ideal version of this type of band. I've listened to them since the first releases, but they haven't sold out in the way MG works so incredibly hard to. Normies like them now, but they're still the same band just with bigger crowds and better paying opening tour spots.
