One thing I agree with Scaruffi on is that the “concept” of Sgt Pepper falls apart after the first or second track. It’s still a great album but the hype behind it is bullshit, and I think the popular consensus has started reflecting that the past few decades as Revolver and Abbey Road became more popular.
