This one has a lot less reverb and non-guitar. It's their first album with just the two core members and nobody else. It's very bleak and bare bones and resembles moreso experimental art music than it does something like Earth 2.

I agree with the review's statement that the sub pop recording budget really does a lot for this album. It sounds so gnarly and gargantuan.
