This album is just Kanye desperately trying to convince the listener that he is still the man who made his first 4 classic albums.In fact on his tour, he did a "Mask off" moment at the start of the concert, as if saying that he's returned to who he was.All of this is clearly trying to save face from the absolutely abhorrent statements and songs he's released.Sadly, the production of Bully is absolutely barebones, unfinished sounding, and his vocals are muffled, slurred, and very monotone. Most of the songs hover around the 1 - 2 minute mark and don't lead anywhere except for the same backing loop.The album's tracklist has very slow songs go into even slower songs, at no point is there a moment where it goes from slow to fast in a moment, it's all incredibly a boring listen. The only time it tries to be spontaneous is the very first song.It's more like a collection of demos than a cohesive album.
