One day.The show's first 5 seasons are incredible because even the shoddy ones, when coupled with the perennially cloudy/rainy atmosphere, creepy score and seriousness, established the identifiable tone of the show's plot. Seasons 2, 3 and 4 are my personal favorite seasons with "Musings of a Cigarette Smoking Man" being my single favorite episode.Upon moving to California, the series began its inevitable decline. It became obvious the show's writers were making it up as they were going along, and the plot suffered for it. Production traded eerily atmosphere of Vancouver for the sunny, conventional environment of Los Angeles, leaving the writers forced to compensate with injecting "humor" which often amounted to little more than pandering to fangirls. By the time you reached Season 7, the show was running on fumes.
