>>129926853For Velvet Underground - I really can’t pick between their studio albums, other than WL/WH, which is great but still a somewhat distant fourth favorite For Prince, it’s definitely SOTT. For Miles - either Kind of Blue or Sketches of Spain

>>129926946I’ll add a bonus “most underrated Prince album” : LoveSexy. Just finished listening to it again and it’s definitely a top 5 Prince album imo. Often singled out as the start of his decline which is perhaps technically true in the sense that it didn’t live up to SOTT, but what could? Really, I don’t think Prince started to fall off significantly until about a decade later.
