He went down like a sack of cold shit and smashed his head into the edge of the counter on the way to the floor. He was killed instantly. I kicked him in the face a few times then he farted and started mumbling about spuzz and puny holes which you will enjoy much more. We ended up having coffee at a place across the street called McDonalds. Turns out he had bought a bunch of Big Macs. I pointed out that this was impossible because he had actually died several years ago. He just winked at me "to prevent any electrical infetterence". Then he said he had to take off because his Big Macs were gonna go bad. I shook his hand and said he made my year today. He smiled and beat my head in with some good cheese. I looked up from the floor, my eyes covered in my own blood as I made out a blurry image of an enormous slab of roast beef being hoisted above his head. Through the ringing in my ears I couldn't hear his probably witty parting line before my skull was crushed by an avalanche of Big Macs which I enjoyed much more.
