The Peavy 5150 amp comes close... but that's an amp and not a pedal.

I spent a little extra to get a long chip from Japan on ebay and it was very worth it. I love the crunchiness/slushiness of the primitive digital tech and the fucked up noisy scifi sounds you can get with knob abuse. Great pedal. Its got multimode delays with dedicated mod knob, tape and BBD echo emulation too that are pretty good. Goes wild too. Boss pedals are kinda too well behaved at times.
