Caress of SteelHand. Cannot. Erase.SoThey're all brilliant
>>130002714>>130002604How does the sound differ from 320 mp3? Could you tell the difference in a blind taste test?
>>130005227i doubt they could and if they did they'd need high quality headphones, I legit listen to all my shit at low rates because I never noticed a difference and I can fit much more music on my 160 gb ipod
>>130002604>>130002714>>130005227>>130005240If your ears and brain are shit, as they probably are, none of this matters.
>>130005267>attempted insults from nowhereWhy don't you want a civilised discussion about it? I was interested and asked a genuine question. Who hurt you?
I downloaded a bunch of dsd files from internet archive and they sounded great
>>130005240>>130005267Hi-res audio often uses a different master so it might sound better but not because it's hi-res. Downsample and dither to 44.1/16 and you won't be able to ABX the difference.
>>130006879This.
>>130002604Spotify is the best you can possible hear
>>130005227there is a difference but there is only a handful of albums that are produced well enough in the first place to benefit from it, aja is one of thoseand even then, why compromise? flac downloads don't really take up that much space for the full uncompressed quality>>130005240I listen on hd600s, some don't like their lack of bass but for me they are great>>130005267projection
>>130008702Well Aja is one of my favourite albums, so maybe I'll try one day. Can't at the moment because I use an iPod plugged into my amplifier.
