I do think there are still good albums being released, but they're much fewer and far between. the golden age of recorded music is over. people don't care because streaming allows you to access the full catalog of past recorded music, so you never really run out of new things to listen to, at least if you're willing to explore. it is a shame but there's a lot of music out there, dive in.
