Thinking about selling my cassette and vinyl collection in order to buy more CDs. I didn't care about CDs at all a few years ago but now I think I realize they're the superior format.

Me too I have an appreciation for hardware especially vintage but I was a kid when CDs were the new thing and I have nostalgia I get for that age of lasers. I also have an appreciation for cassettes, eventually I will repair my dad's old deck and restore it (got the rubber bands just looking for a tape b cover plate for this model) and will probably fuck around with it a bit but I drew my line at CDs and won't buy recess and cassettes on top of that.
