White album is fine, it really is a matter of preference when it comes to liking whatever they put on that album. I'm not really much of a Beatles fan but earlier this month I went to their discography again cuz why not. They're great composers and a great band but I'm still convinced that the whole "inventive genius" meme really just comes from the fact that the sound engineering/production was truly revolutionary regardless of what you think of the band. If Taylor Swift was the hottest stuff at the time then she would've had the credit for being "inventive" when it really was just the sound design which was doing the inventing, and not the actual songs being written themselves. Octopus Garden is also the best song they made btw
