depends on the workout. most of the time if im doing weights and wanna lock in i have a gym playlist with a lot of jpegmafia, death grips, and some others like clipping, brockhampton, have heart, and meat wave. The Incessant by Meat Wave is a great lifting album imo.

if im doing a long cardio session i like post rock like Slint and Swans

I just put my whole library on shuffle. I don't need to play music that fits a gym vibe. I just listen whatever style-type as long as I want to listen

When I'm lifting, my ears must stay free so I endure whatever slop the gym playlist sends my way. When it's time for cardio, I'll listen to Metal, Punk, Industrial, vidya OSTs or odd favorites from other genres. Today's picks were Die Krupps and Judas Priest.
