Had a good lesson today, my teacher showed me this and then he showed me how good he is at milking prostates. I came a lot! Think string height, fret leveling, intonation, etc. It's not necessarily going to be delivered in perfect playing condition, especially if it's a cheap guitar off a factory line If you have a spare $100, it's a great idea to bring it to a shop for a pro setup. I had a Jazzmaster for a few years and never fully clicked with it the same way the Jag has clicked with me. I’d still pick a Tele or a Strat over a Jag but the Jag is still a guitar I love. It’s a very nice guitar to record with because you can get a lot just from the guitar.
