In slight defense of Halsey, packing your own toiletries is a bitch when factoring in travel restrictions, and unless you got check-in luggage which you can pack your toiletries inside, product for her hair needs probably won't fit within the standard 3.2 fl oz limit. That being said, her leveraging her race is obnoxious especially in this context.
