I go to concerts alone because i have no friends
lining up and waiting for the band sucks because you have no one to talk to and you'll most likely the only solo one there. Also, making friends during concert doesn't work if you're an average looking guy by yourself. When the music starts it doesn't matter

Buy concert/tour exclusive t-shirts and then wear them to future gigs. You'll have a decent chance of a random person asking you about it. Doesn't always work, but I've had pretty decent success
