For me it's this 1966 album by the J Ann C Trio, the house band at a Missouri resort. It's an early example of a lounge record: All covers done in a range of crowd-pleasing styles including country, rockabilly, folk, and easy listening. Sounds boring on paper, but the whole thing has an alluringly lo-fi mood/atmosphere/vibe/aura. Plus, only a few songs from the album could be heard online back when I bought it. Cost me something like $225.Naturally, a reissue label has since made it available for a tenth of that price, but originals still go for about what I paid.

Bump
This guy on /mu/ like a decade ago sent out pressings of his album to anyone that wanted one since it didn't sell well. Probably like only a few hundred exist. So it is rare, but probably not worth much.
