The music here sounds as inspired by Fugazi or Rites of Spring as they do by Angelic Upstarts or Combat 84. Jangly, energetic riffs buzzing with angst and alienation guide the album from track to track at a charged tempo that only relents on a handful of tracks while still keeping the wattage at full force.
