I find it very interesting NMIXX has been slowing down their title tracks for a good few releases now, they are pivoting into poprock ballad anthems as title tracks. I guess it's working given how Blue Valentine did, Heavy Serenade is a very similar song to Blue Valentine too. Slowly tweaking, perfecting and maturing the "mixxpop" sound into something more palatable for the GP I guess. A word of warning for them to not too fall into the trap of trying to emulate past successes and release same-y dogshit though nmixx stuff sounds very distinct to other groups but they have quite a bit of similar sounding songs. I liked this EP a lot though will definitely be in rotation. Favorite song is Heavy Serenade.
