>>130284856I think they get a lot of recognition from musicians (and their legion of fans obviously), it’s the “I’m too cool to like cheesy pop music” people that look down on them. Ngl that Mamma Mia movie with the horrible autotune didn’t help much. It really cheapens the image of their output. Also I think it was both Benny and Bjorn that wrote/produced together. I imagined it a 50/50 sort of thing but someone else might know better.
