Why did Roger Daltrey become such a boring singer in the 70s? On their 60s singles he has a sense of melody, there's dynamics to his delivery. From Who's Next onward he just shouts every song the exact same way and doesn't even sound passionate about it, it's Hetfield-esque retard shouting that he just does because that's what's asked of him
