>>130284651What's especially pathetic is that DEV hasn't been relevant in a decade. Imagine seething over some yesterday's news performer whose moment long since passed. Unless redflancakes worked in retail and was subjected to her music against his will, continuing to make thread after thread about her makes no sense at all. My gym played "Come at Me" and "Bass Down Low" some months back which is how I even know DEV's name in the first place. Sure, "Like a G6" was everywhere in the 2010s, but the credited artist is Far East Movement. Dev does nothing for me, but I can't say she pisses me off. She's not egregiously awful like Ava Max whose entire career feels like a label-run experiment in recycling yesteryear's hits with all her interpolations and appearance akin to a Dollar Tree Gaga costume. It's fitting that her last album Don't Click Play flopped. Well, Ms. Max, you got your wish.
