Why is you idiots call any rock band today that gets the tiniest bit of hype within the rock world "industry plants" but then praise the doors who's debut album was on Warner brothers and much more in the mainstream? Sort yourselves out

Elektra wasn't acquired by Warners until the 70s, retard.
They probably had the most underground lineup of any label in the 60s. The Doors, Butterfield Blues Band, MC%, the Stooges.

Contrary to what parapolitics leftist faggots would have you believe, Morrison knew who his father (and his father and so on) were, what the American empire was, and just how he felt about it.

Major labels were more interested in publishing rock n roll because of the success of the british invasion at that time and they paid close attention to coastal college circuits at that time as well.
Modern labels are anti-risk and don't even engage in scouting anymore. They probably don't even have bots scraping the web for viral/potentially viral talent.
I don't even believe/care about the industry plant theories most of the time but you're an idiot to try and compare.
