Mozart was too light and playful.

Beethoven is above Bach and Mozart; he did musical advancements, but at the same time was profoundly moving and emotional.

However, the GOAT composer is probably either Stravinsky, or Ravel, or Debussy, or Messiaen...

Vivaldi wrote like 600 concertos and a few miscellaneous pieces here and there, mostly in a "sunny" and light mood. Bach wrote in every form imaginable with the widest range of complexity and moods out of all composers. Bach can do Vivaldi, but Vivaldi can't do Bach. Nobody in their right mind thinks this. You either haven't listened to enough Bach to get it or you're being contrarian on purpose.
