I'm surprised I've never heard of this Glazunov Chopin tribute piece, Chopiniana, Op. 46.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LCxj61yYbp0

It appears to be orchestral arrangements of four piano pieces by Chopin: “Military Polonaise,” Op. 40 No. 1, the Nocturne in F, Op. 15, No. 1, the Mazurka in C-sharp minor Op. 50 No. 3, and the Tarantelle, Op. 43.

And then it seems later on some choreographer named Michel Fokine convinced Glazunov to add another arrangement and turn the thing into a full-fledged ballet named Les Sylphides!
