Changed strings and set the thing up how I like it and while I was at it I changed the tailpiece because the factory R tailpiece is a total pain to restring with. I was fully expecting a typical Rickenbacker two truss rod setup that I wasn’t looking forward too but this thing is new enough that there’s only a single truss rod which is so much easier, double truss rods are still apparently used on 12 strings but they went to a normal single truss rod on 6 stings which is a huge unexpected plus. I really love this guitar
