I first rode a bicycle in 2022 when I was 31 but didn't stick to it. I want to do it again but my mentor moved ot another country.

1.) That's really sad dude

2.) Find a slight downhill gradient, it doesn't have to be that steep, just steep enough to where the bike moves on its own without you needing to pedal, keep your saddle at its lowest position at first, just so it feels less sketchy for you (you'll want to raise your seat later though) and then just practice basic handling and braking while on a slight downhill and gradually start pedaling until you feel comfortable doing this on level ground.,
