helicopters have this thing called translational lift. one of the downsides of coaxial rotors is that if you don't have enough translational lift, the bottom rotor can sometimes end up entirely engulfed in the vortices generated by the top rotor and stall because of that. the usual result of such an event looks a lot like the webm in the OP.
