How do you react when you see a landwhale approaching your seat?
I only once had to sit next to a massively obese person on a flight. I was being flown in for a job interview and I was sitting next to a VERY large gentleman. He was a country boy and it was his second time ever on an airplane, so he asked if we could swap and he could have the window seat--I obliged. He was a firefighter for a small rural department and was returning from a trip to buy a new firetruck. Nice dude. I then proceeded to sit nearly halfway in the aisle for the remaining hour and forty five minutes. Not sure if it was the most unpleasant flight I've ever had, but it was close. In the end, I couldn't even bitch about it to the airline because I didn't pay for the seat--my future employer did. I think I did the right thing and made him feel welcome, though. As an aside, I think I dread sitting next to someone with a yapping "service animal" than on obese person.Thanks for reading my blog! Subscribe to pewdiepie!
