If we go by sports definitions, then E-bikes are not bicycles. The UCI does not consider them bicycles, instead all e-bike related sports are under the governance of the FIM along with motorcycles.
Bikes like that are a half-step to a motorcycle that sucks and are only bought by subhumans Id rather ride something like this at least I can actually adjust the saddle so it's comfortable to pedal.
