I saw the video. It looked like someone shot a flare straight up in the air, then it landed back down on the boat. If longer footage was released, we'd probably see someone shoot it up. They showed the aftermath, and the damage was mostly superficial. Mostly just soot around where the flare landed, nothing crazy. If it were really an Israeli drone strike, that ship would be at the bottom of the harbor, and the crew would be dead.
